Should I buy a Left or Right Clip?

For safety reasons, we secure our clips to our bows before they are shipped to you. We individually list Left and Right Clips so you know immediately whether or not that particular bow and orientation are in stock. When selecting Left or Right Clip, choose the side that your child will wear the bow on, not based on you looking at your child. Below is a picture you can use for reference:

 

 

How long will it take to fulfill my order?

Each bow is handcrafted with care and made with so much love! 

  • You can expect your order to ship 3-7 business days after purchasing (unless the listing description specifies otherwise!)
  • For personalized items, they will ship 8-14 business days after purchasing. Please note that if your order contains a personalized item, ALL items will be shipped together
  • For pre-order items, we will list the expected shipping times and will depend on getting the fabric from our suppliers
  • Need an order sooner? We offer a pick-up option for local customers which is often available within a few business days.

Oh no! There is a bow I want, but it is only available in a nylon headband and I wanted a clip. Can you convert a headband into a Left or Right Clip?

Yes, we can! Place an order for the headband and then leave us a Note at checkout that you'd like the headband converted to a Left or Right Clip. Forgot to add the note during check out? No problem, send us an email @ hello@cottontailbowco.com! 

 

 

Can I place a custom order? (i.e. bows or bow ties for special events based on the print that I've chosen)

YES! We love making all of your bow visions come to life. Check out our "customs" highlight on instagram (@cottontailbowco) to see what we have done before! Email hello@cottontailbowco.com for all custom order inquiries. Please note that lead time for custom orders will vary.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely! Be sure to use their shipping address so we can send their gift directly to them. Let us know the name of the recipient, and what the special occasion is at check out. We'll make sure to include a handwritten, personalized message with the order (at no extra charge!) on one of our themed Cottontail Cards.

 

 

What is the material of your headbands?

You can rest easy knowing that our headbands are made from a soft and stretchy nylon/spandex blend that fits comfortably on all sizes from newborn to adult. 

 

  

How are your bows packaged?

All bows, bow ties, and sparkle clips are attached to our custom bow cards. Each bow card is put into a clear resealable cellophane bag to protect your items. For shipping, all items are put into a poly mailer! Please note that we try to consolidate bows and bow ties together to limit the amount of cards we are sending. If you are purchasing bows as gifts and prefer that bows be placed on separate cards, leave us a note at checkout and we will be happy to send along extra cards! 

 

 

What is your return policy? 

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, please chat with us and we will do everything we can to make it right!

 

 

How should I clean my bow?

For best results, spot clean only.
